February 2003 - March 2004. RIP CABARET WEIRD.(for a while..bwahahaha!!)

*runs round screaming*

Yesterday's Weird Cabaret show went down a total storm!! They fucking LOVED us and all stood up at the was a seriously edgy, scary, adrenalin-ey atmosphere...the performance was electric from start to finish...

We did the same running order as last week's 'The Madness Show'...except that we cut out the 'Object Box' as it was a bit shit, and, well, we couldn't really shave Nicks head and paint it purple Ali had all her lovely long dark curls cut off and shaved/painted instead...OMG the audience were SCREAMING at that!!!

Oh fricken' amazing - All of it!! I had one pint of beer afterwards and was very squiffy indeed...all that performance energy, then euphoria after the show...and that's enough for me!!

My food/cash situation has been resolved as musical director, Emma, who has been with us since Feb 2003 when we started the whole 'Weird Cabaret' baby went out at teatime (even though I said 'no, I'd be alright') and bought me tons of bread, some margarine, chocolate croissants, a tube of Smartie eggs, sandwiches, blueberry muffins, beans, cheese, even a four pack of beer!!! What an absolute darling!!!

And I rang my mother in the afternoon to say 'happy mother's day'...ended up complaining about cash-lack (oops, but she started it) she sent dad down at 5pm with 50 quid cash and a loaf of bread she'd made...and a Snoopy calendar which she'd got free from the cardshop when she went to buy a card for Grandma!!

Chatted to a mate of Ali's in the bar after the show...he took my phone number, as he wants me to join the band they have with my 'cello... It's a sort of dub-rock acoustic 'portishead' (ish) band... That will be fun!!!

Won't be able to go to theatre for another 3-4 weeks now as my shift is from 7pm - 3am instead for a while...but will attend the Cultural Exchange which is an afternoon group instead.

Weird Cabaret may be over for now, and we have to focus on A-Live and material for Theatre-Do at the end of May... I also have art, writing, music and film projects to be going along with...

BUT we might revive the concept/rescuscitate the baby in the Autumn season for a run of Sundays...

Oh, and I can finally get my lip pierced; I've been putting it off for months due to frequent usage of stage makeup!!

(dead tired now, and in 'down-time' mode)

Oh bollocks!! Mind you, so long as I met up with Daniel Craig (the actor playing Ted in the movie) I wouldn't mind too much;)

You are Sylvia Plath! She committed suicide by
shoving her head in a gas oven.
Congratulations! She was mentally troubled
throughout her life, and toyed with the idea of
suicide many times. She wrote brilliant and
insightful poetry, although it was all
autobiographical; poor sylvia had a hard time
getting outside herself, and her connections
with members of the opposite sex were troubled
at best. She has been picked up since her
death in the early sixties as a champion of the
feminist cause.

Which famous poet are you? (pictures and many outcomes)
