What a lazy day;)
I actually slept from 8am to 8pm...although I was woken up ON THE HOUR EVERY HOUR (and every half hour in between) for some reason or other...the later part of the day being due to noisy builders outside. Consequently, I did NOT go in town and do the shopping I intended...will do it tommorrow.
I have my eye on a new despatch bag to keep scripts and whatnot in, and a nice solid case for my camera.
Got to work at 9:30pm (ish) and saw Duran Duran on the Brit Awards. Outstanding contribution to not only my music collection, but to music as a whole...
Later, as I sat screenwatching for Duty Obs tonight I pondered that doing Duty Obs is not like making love to a beautiful woman at all (sorry Tony)...it is, in fact, like watching the washing machine...vacant fascination as the clothes go round/mail goes down...you get the picture. I rather enjoy being mesmerised by the washing machine...used to do it all the time at the launderette even though I'd taken a book...and the screens at work produce the same hypnotic state.
Shame I have to think and answer the phone intermittently lol!!!
Back to the subject of my new electronical toy...I got let out of the
AND...upon discovery that my phoneline is now fully working for normal calls instead of JUST 0800 numbers...I have updated my resume and current projects pages at VampGirl.co.uk...after a brainless moment during which I uploaded the .co.uk index page to the .com instead, I saw what I had done and have corrected the error.
*thumps self on forehead*
Going to bed soon, have to be in theatre for Weird Cabaret by 6pm this evening and I have shopping to do beforehand.
*grin*

You're
Bangladesh!
Everyone else keeps eating your food, and
as a result it seems like you're starving all the time. Your life is just flooded
with problems, and you're pretty sure that everything would be easier if half the
people you knew just went away. Unfortunately, they're hungry too, so they
might go away in a way you don't want. George Harrison's music becoming
wildly popular may be your only hope, but even he's gone away now.

You're A Prayer for Owen Meany!
by John Irving
Despite humble and perhaps literally small beginnings, you inspire
faith in almost everyone you know. You are an agent of higher powers, and you manifest
this fact in mysterious and loud ways. A sense of destiny pervades your every waking
moment, and you prepare with great detail for destiny fulfilled. When you speak, IT
SOUNDS LIKE THIS!
