Was woken at 6am with the backroom ceiling collapsing under the weight of a good 2ft height of sodden vermiculitey insulation stuff.  All over the floor.  I'd had 3 hours sleep.

The backroom is covered like a giant litter tray!

The landlord came at 9am - we took photos for insurance claims for the computer, cds, drum cases etc.

Paul had his washing machine taken away last Sat afternoon and the guy who took it failed to close off the outlet - all his sink water went into our floor and into the insulation material until it reached past saturation point yesterday and water came through - then this morning - CRASH!!

Workmen are coming to replace the ceiling Saturday morning at 8am. In the meantime, I'm shattered and can't get time off work.

BOTHER!!!
