Hello World.

Grah! It's bright, it appears to be sunny, but it's so incredibly windy that all the tiles on the walls outside are vibrating noisily a bit like waves crashing on rocks...this house was built in the napoleonic era...and so has slates all the way down to the tops of the windows on the ground floor...looks great...bloody noisy in a gale.

In fact, the slates only exist round the back of the house where I am...they all fell off the front a few years back apparently...

I won the hour off last night, and left the building at 5am. Outside, at the roundabout next to my workplace, I saw fire engines, lots of police cars, a tow truck and lots of policemen standing around diverting traffic. There was a car, literally up-ended on its nose, with the roof of the car leaning back as if propped against the side of the pub on the corner, so that you could see the entire underside chassis of the car...just as if it were a toy car that had been tossed there...

...amazing angle...but horrible to think how it might have happened...I expect the driver was going too fast, applied the brakes at the bottom of the hill, hit the kerb/low wall and flipped the car upright on it's nose. Doubt he survived:/

*shudder*

So I walked home in a sombre mood, despite being pleased moments before that I had got out of work early due to good performance (ie. typing fast like a mentalist).

Got home, tv was dull. Went to bed.

Had some weird dream that involved rising tides, alliteration and vampiric spider-cats...and children finding a buried human skull on the beach, then having to give evidence in a 'storytime' fashion...not necessarily in that order...

Now here I am with a cup of tea...

Graaaaaaaaaaaaahhh!!!

I found this fairly interesting...

...and it killed 10 minutes of boredom...

I think therefore I am...what?
